Instructions for Making a Perfect Cup of Tea for One: 

Step1.  Boil 1 cup/200 mL of fresh water.

Step2.  Place a tea bag into a mug and pour the boiled water into the mug. 

Step3.  Let the tea bag steep for 2 minutes. 

Step4.  Remove the tea bag and add 10 mL of milk. 

Step5.  Let the tea cool down for 6 minutes until it reaches 140 F/60 C.
